Why this exists

Built where two worlds met at one desk.

Clinical research teaches you that breakthroughs rarely arrive as flashes of inspiration. They're built quietly — one careful question, one honest observation, one well-documented step at a time. Business teaches the other half: insight alone doesn't create progress. Ideas need decisions. Decisions need deadlines.

Most planners ask you either to reflect or to execute. The work that matters most requires both. So every day works like a small experiment — and an unexpected result is still evidence.

Developed by practising clinical researchers.

Question · Move · Observe · Improve · Repeat

Reflect and execute, on the same page.

A different printed question opens every one of the 180 days. The left rail holds today's move and a timed plan — tick the cobalt circle when it's done, tick the red one and your phone will remind you. The right side is a full notes canvas.

At the foot: the evidence log with its three-second verdict, then a win and the next smallest step.

The planner your phone can read

Write it by hand. Find it in seconds.

Every written page carries a QR code and corner marks. Photograph it and the companion app knows exactly which page it's holding, squares it up, and reads your handwriting into the right fields.

Then it earns its place: search every volume, paper ticks become phone reminders, a focus timer starts from the task itself, pages back up to Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive, and notes flow into OneNote. Recognition happens on your iPhone. Private by design.

Questions

Before you ask.

How is this different from a normal planner?
Most planners make you choose between reflecting and executing. This one holds both on one page — a plan for the day, and a verdict on what the day taught you.
Do I need the app?
No. The paper works alone. The app adds search, reminders, backup and OneNote export.
Is it dated?
No. Start on any day. 180 days of work at your pace, with weekly checkpoints and monthly setup and review pages along the way.
Which edition should I choose?
The A4 desk edition is the hero — it carries the timed plan grid and a full notes canvas beside the day. The A5 is the same method in a form you can carry.
Where does my handwriting go?
Nowhere. Recognition runs on your iPhone using Apple's on-device text recognition. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to back up to your own Files, iCloud or Google Drive.
When can I buy it?
The first print run is being finalised now. Join the list above and you'll hear first.
